To clean the dampening rollers on the press, till now, we use highly volatile cleaners that remove ink and degreases the rubber surface fast and effective. With its very low flashpoint it evaporate so fast, you use more than you have to. Not very economical is it?
As a consequence such low-flashpoint products need to be handled cautiously in view of fire risk and they return a fairly high emission of VOC’s.
Now there is a solution to overcome those concerns.
DAMPCLEAN ECO an environmentally friendly cleaner and degreaser for dampening rollers. Non-flammable, it is suitable for cleaning either UV-, Hybrid or conventional ink.
Use it on NBR or Combi Rubber-, Chrome- and Ceramic rollers, as well as Lototec (Westland) dampening rollers
Not suitable for EPDM rubber rollers
